Experienced Automotive Painter & Body Technician Overview Best Deal Auto Body Shop is hiring experienced Automotive Paint and Body Technicians . We are primarily looking for skilled automotive painters who can also perform quality bodywork from start to finish. Applicants must have professional collision-repair experience or education must provide their own tools . You should be able to prepare, paint, buff, and finish vehicles with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay and Schedule Starting pay:

$20-$35 per hour , based on experience and demonstrated skill Weekly performance bonuses: Up to $200 Two full-time positions available Shift 1: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Shift 2: Saturday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing Perform sanding, grinding, filling, priming, sealing, and masking Mix and match automotive paint colors Apply basecoat, clearcoat, primers, and other automotive finishes Blend paint into adjacent panels when required Repair dents, damaged panels, bumpers, and other body components Remove and install body panels, trim, lights, moldings, and related parts Wet sand, buff, polish, and correct paint imperfections Inspect completed work and correct any quality concerns Keep the paint booth and work area clean, safe, and organized Complete assigned vehicles within the required production time Requirements Professional automotive painting experience is required Auto body repair experience is required Must have your own tools Must know how to prepare, paint, buff, and finish a vehicle properly Experience with paint mixing and color matching Experience using automotive spray guns and refinishing equipment Ability to complete work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collision-repair shop This is not an entry-level position. We need experienced technicians who can produce high-quality paintwork, perform body repairs, and help move vehicles through the shop efficiently.

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
