Auto Body Painter - Now Hiring We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Painter to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles for refinishing, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation Mix, blend, and match paint colors to achieve a precise factory-quality finish Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat using professional spray equipment Wet sand, buff, polish, and finish painted surfaces as needed Properly mask and protect surrounding panels, trim, glass, and vehicle components Ensure all paint products are properly applied and cured according to manufacturer guidelines Keep the paint booth, equipment, tools, and work area clean and organized Follow all company and safety procedures when working with paints, chemicals, and equipment Work closely with body technicians and estimators to keep repairs moving efficiently Perform a thorough quality check on completed work before the vehicle is delivered Take pride in producing excellent workmanship and maintaining customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience as an automotive refinishing technician or auto body painter preferred Strong understanding of automotive paint products, color matching, blending, and refinishing procedures Experience using professional spray guns, sanding equipment, and polishing tools Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while also being a team player Valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and professional appearance
