Detail Technician 800 East Curry Road, Tempe, AZ 85288 $16.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time $16.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Automotive Detailer to join our team. This position requires advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), color-change vinyl wrapping, and full-service detailing (interior & exterior). The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, has an eye for detail, and provides an excellent customer experience while working independently on-site at client locations. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing services (deep cleaning, paint correction, polishing, etc.) Apply ceramic coatings with precision for long-term vehicle protection Install paint protection film (PPF) with accuracy, ensuring a seamless finish Apply color-change and specialty vinyl wraps with professional installation techniques Maintain professional mobile detailing setup, tools, and products Educate customers on services, aftercare, and maintenance of their vehicles Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every appointment Follow safety procedures and uphold company quality standards Qualifications Proven professional experience in auto detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, and vinyl wrapping Strong knowledge of paint correction, surface prep, and protection applications Ability to work independently and manage mobile detailing appointments efficiently Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical ability to perform detailing tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
