Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of CCC One and Mitchell Cloud Estimating
  • Knowledge of parts ordering software: OPS Trax, Collision Link, and PartsTrader
  • Experience with insurance DRP programs and guidelines
  • Ability to locate parts and negotiate prices
  • Inspect vehicle and write detailed estimate
  • Friendly and personable towards customers and team members
