Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and ensuring optimal adhesion for PPF application Apply paint protection films accurately using hand tools, power tools, and airless spray systems while maintaining surface integrity Use automotive buffing, polishing, and detailing techniques to achieve flawless finishes on vehicle exteriors Operate grinders, sanders, spray guns, and other equipment safely and effectively during surface preparation and coating processes Conduct auto body repairs or touch-ups as needed before film application to ensure a smooth surface Follow all safety protocols including proper use of respiratory protection and handling of paints and chemicals Assist with auto restoration projects and vehicle maintenance tasks when required Experience Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a focus on auto body refinishing or surface preparation Hands-on experience with welding, grinding, sanding, painting, coating spray guns, and auto painting techniques Knowledge of automotive buffing, detailing, auto glass installation, and auto estimating is highly desirable Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, and airless paint spraying equipment Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto restoration processes Experience working with automotive paints and surface preparation masking methods Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in automotive surface protection!
