• Tool Move:

  We cover the cost of bringing your tools on site when you start. Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years as a body technician, with a focus on structural work required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work stall and provide your own tools.
• Read and follow OE procedures, and document in-process photos using the company-provided tablet.
• Perform full teardowns as part of standard repair procedure.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid CA driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a flawless finish.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable wearing PPE at all times. Heavily Preferred
• Certified EV repair experience with Tesla or Rivian, and willingness/ability to complete all required OEM training, both online and in person.
• Current I-CAR welding certifications: steel GMA, steel sectioning, and aluminum GMA (MIG).
• Proficiency with 3-dimensional measuring systems such as Car-O-Liner or similar.
• Ability to set up, measure, and pull or square a ladder and unibody frame.
• Consistent track record of flag-hour production at or above 100 hours/week.
• Strong quarter panel repair and replacement skills, with excellent metal and filler work and body lines that match opposing panels. Safety and Time Management
• All required PPE, including safety glasses, must be worn on the shop floor and whenever near vehicles being actively worked on.
• Lunch breaks should be taken at or near the fourth hour of the shift.
