Duties Assess vehicle damage thoroughly, have a detailed knowledge of parts, and develop effective repair plans Perform auto body repairs including tear-down, panel replacement, and reassembly Operate power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintain detailed records of repairs performed Lift heavy parts or vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols Welding experience a plus (especially aluminum) Must have own tools, and be clean and organized Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience Automotive repair background - at least 1 year Hands-on experience with auto body repair, welding Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and general automotive repair skills Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting procedures Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our family-owned business in delivering top-tier collision repair services that exceed customer expectations!
