We are looking for someone who understands the collision repair process, communicates well with customers and insurance companies, and can keep repairs moving efficiently from estimate through completion.

Responsibilities:

Write accurate collision repair estimates Inspect vehicles and identify visible and related damage Work directly with customers throughout the repair process Communicate with insurance adjusters and carriers Prepare and submit supplements when additional damage is discovered Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated Review estimates and repair orders for accuracy Help maintain strong cycle times and customer satisfaction Document all necessary photos, notes, and repair information

Qualifications:

Previous body shop estimating experience preferred Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software preferred Knowledge of collision repair procedures, parts, labor operations, and insurance estimating Strong customer-service and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple repairs at once Comfortable working with insurance companies and negotiating supplements Valid driver's license Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
