Job Description

Body Shop Technician Pacific Coast Auto Detail Center is looking for an experienced and dependable Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of hands-on experience in the automotive body repair industry , strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently and as part of a team, and is motivated to grow professionally. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in an automotive Body Shop or collision repair environment. Hands-on experience with vehicle body repair and preparation. Knowledge of Body Shop tools, equipment, and repair procedures. Ability to properly repair and prepare vehicles for the next stage of the repair process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Willingness to learn new techniques and continuously improve skills. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Collision and dent repair Sanding and surface preparation Preparing vehicles for paint Removing and installing body panels and components Repairing body imperfections Working with different vehicle makes, models, and materials General Body Shop repair and preparation procedures What We're Looking For We are looking for a skilled, hardworking, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering quality results. Pay:
