Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces through thorough cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion of paint protection film Measure, cut, and precisely install paint protection films using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Utilize surface masking techniques to protect non-target areas during installation Use automotive buffing, polishing, and detailing skills to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish on installed films Conduct quality checks to verify proper fitment and adhesion of the protective film on various vehicle models Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols including respiratory protection when handling adhesives or chemicals Assist with minor auto body repairs or auto restoration tasks as needed to support overall vehicle presentation Requirements Proven experience in dealership auto body repair, auto painting, or automotive surface preparation is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in welding, grinding, sanding, and the use of hand tools and power tools Experience with automotive buffing, detailing, auto glass installation, and surface finishing techniques Knowledge of automotive paints, coatings spray guns, airless paint spraying, and conventional spraying methods Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and operate various grinders and buffing machines efficiently Familiarity with auto estimating processes and customer service skills for client interactions Automotive mechanic experience or background in auto restoration is advantageous Commitment to safety practices including proper respiratory protection when working with chemicals or adhesives Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle protection solutions!
