In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in auto body repair, welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance will be essential in delivering exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to automotive excellence and craftsmanship. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural straightening Use hand tools, power tools, MIG welding, and soldering equipment to restore vehicle frames and panels Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a flawless finish Replace or repair auto glass and perform auto glass installation with precision Fabricate sheet metal parts and perform heavy lifting as needed for large or complex repairs Assess vehicle damage accurately for auto estimating purposes and communicate repair plans effectively Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, materials used, and time spent on each vehicle Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive auto body repair background Proficiency in MIG welding, welding techniques, soldering, and fabrication processes Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, auto painting equipment, and auto glass installation tools Knowledge of auto restoration projects and assembly work for classic or specialty vehicles Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly to clients Familiarity with auto estimating software and damage assessment procedures Ability to lift heavy parts safely while adhering to safety protocols Experience with auto body repair techniques including sheet metal work and auto painting methods such as airless spray painting Mechanical experience that supports comprehensive automotive repair understanding Join us to bring vehicles back to life with precision craftsmanship!
