(209)740-9952 Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint or rust to ensure optimal paint adhesion Mask off areas using surface preparation masking techniques to protect non-painted surfaces during spraying Use hand tools, grinders, sanders, and power tools to smooth surfaces and achieve a refined finish Operate spray guns for primer, base coat, and clear coat applications with precision and consistency Assist with auto body repair tasks such as minor dent removal and auto glass replacement as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained Follow safety protocols including the use of respiratory protection and proper handling of paints and chemicals Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience highly preferred Knowledge of automotive surface preparation, sanding, buffing, and painting techniques Experience with welding, auto body repair, auto restoration, or mechanic work is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, grinders, spray guns, airless paint spraying equipment, and power tools Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto glass replacement Ability to lift heavy parts safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members Join us in delivering top-tier automotive refinishing services!
