This high-volume shop serves drivers throughout Loveland, Fort Collins, Berthoud, Windsor, Johnstown, Timnath, Estes Park, and surrounding Northern Colorado communities. With a steady flow of insurance and customer-pay repairs, you'll have consistent work, modern equipment, and the support of an experienced team committed to producing high-quality repairs. We're looking for a technician who takes pride in doing repairs the right way, works efficiently, and understands the importance of following OEM repair procedures. What You'll Do Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved repair methods Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications Read and execute repair plans accurately Work closely with estimators, painters, parts personnel, and production staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Deliver quality repairs while meeting production goals What We're Looking For Previous collision repair/body technician experience Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and equipment Ability to read and follow repair plans Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable work ethic and positive team attitude I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and productivity Consistent, year-round workload Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization 401(k) with company match If you're an experienced Auto Body Technician looking for a confidential opportunity with a stable, high-performing collision repair organization in Northern Colorado, we'd like to hear from you.
