AUTO BODY DETAILER / SANDER / MASKER / PAINTER

to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicle bodies for painting, performing sanding and masking tasks, and applying high-quality paint finishes. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle meets our rigorous quality standards, contributing to the production of top-tier auto body repairs and refinished vehicles. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primer, base coats, clear coats, and touch-up paint using airless paint spraying equipment and hand tools Operate power tools such as sanders, grinders, and air compressors safely and efficiently Use precision measuring instruments to assess body panel alignment and surface smoothness Perform auto body repair tasks including minor dent removal, filling, and surface refinishing Handle materials and parts safely using forklifts, cranes, or other materials handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Prior experience in auto body repair, industrial painting, or manufacturing environments preferred Knowledge of auto painting techniques including airless spray systems and masking procedures Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication processes Ability to read basic math measurements accurately for body alignment and surface preparation Mechanical knowledge related to automotive or industrial systems is a plus Experience with lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency Warehouse experience or familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts or cranes is advantageous Join our team if you're passionate about precision craftsmanship in auto body detailing!
