Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic A Level Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality automotive structural and cosmetic repairs, restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise in auto body repair, welding and vehicle maintenance will ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians passionate about automotive restoration and repair to showcase their talents in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural realignment using advanced fabrication techniques. Utilize welding repair methods such as MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment to restore vehicle frames and panels. Conduct sanding, and automotive refinishing to achieve a flawless cosmetic finish. Install automotive parts including trim components, and other accessories with precision using hand tools and power tools. Apply auto restoration techniques to bring damaged vehicles back to showroom quality. Use auto estimating workflow tools to monitor repair scope and capture accurate documentation of all work performed. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, auto parts installation, and detailed vehicle inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Proven experience working as an automotive body technician with dealership or collision center background preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, sheet metal fabrication, and auto body repair techniques. Proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, automotive welding equipment, and fabrication repair techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, auto restoration, and automotive parts installation. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and auto painting equipment such as airless paint sprayers. Familiarity with auto estimating workflow software such as CCCIS and customer service principles is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during all phases of repair work.
