We're a Nissan GTR performance and restoration shop where everything matters down to the smallest details. We're searching for hard working, dedicated, and detail oriented self starters to help expand our team and better manage the large workload. If you're looking to work in an exploding niche in the automotive performance industry with serious growth potential where you can actually take pride in your work and be rewarded and supported for it, we're the right shop for you. Responsibilities Detailed and organized removal, disassembly, repair, refinishing, and reinstallation of body panels and vehicle accessories. Perform restoration processes including but not limited to; Chemical / Mechanical stripping of old finishes, rust repair, dent removal, metalwork in preparation for epoxy primer and body fillers, bodywork, priming, block sanding, cleaning, masking, and potentially painting parts or vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your own personal tools and equipment as well as shop equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. This includes DA sanders, wire wheels, buffers, sanding blocks, etc. Skills Proven experience in the autobody industry. Restoration shop experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork based skills. Ability to maintain focus and utilize good time management skills to manage your own workload. Painting, Mechanical and/or Welding knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Familiarity with shop environments, tools, and equipment. Strong customer service skills and an overall positive attitude. Desire to grow, expand your skillset, and perfect your craft. Pay is based on experience and skillset, with room to grow. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm. No weekends, Paid Holidays.
