Production-Based Pay (Flat Rate) Job Description Ego Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in Doral, Florida. We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and productive technician who can deliver quality collision repairs while maintaining efficiency. This position is paid based on production, providing technicians with the opportunity to increase their earnings based on completed repair work. Key Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs. Repair and replace damaged body panels, doors, bumpers, fenders, and other components. Perform frame repairs, welding, dent removal, and panel alignment. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed. Follow OEM repair procedures and repair estimates. Identify additional damage and communicate necessary supplements to management. Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals. Complete assigned repairs efficiently and within established deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional auto body repair experience preferred. Strong experience in collision repairs, welding, and structural repairs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair assignments. Must be efficient, detail-oriented, and quality-driven. Experience working in a production-based or flat-rate environment preferred. Must have personal tools necessary to perform assigned repairs. I-CAR certifications are a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation Production-based compensation (flat rate). Earnings are based on completed repair production. Production rates will be discussed during the interview and determined based on experience and qualifications. Full-time opportunity with consistent repair assignments.
