Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Window Tint technician to enhance our automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality protective films and window tinting solutions to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets customer expectations. Your expertise will contribute to vehicle aesthetics, protection, and overall customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive surface enhancement techniques in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Apply PPF using specialized tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and air release tools to achieve smooth, bubble-free finishes. Install window tint films with attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment and consistent coverage while adhering to safety standards. Follow all safety protocols including the use of respiratory protection when handling paints, adhesives, or chemicals involved in surface preparation and coating applications. Qualifications Prior PPF, Vinyl, Ceramic Tint, detailing knowledge Paint Correction knowledge a plus Knowledge of automotive buffing, sanding, painting techniques including conventional spraying and airless paint spraying a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions. Basic understanding of automotive paints, coatings, and detailing procedures required for high-quality finishes.
