What We're Looking For We're in search of an attentive, experienced Automotive Painter / Light Body Work Technician to add value to our expanding service team. Responsibilities:
Prepares vehicles for paint jobs by washing, sanding, and applying primer. Mixes paint to match the original color, then applies it to the vehicle. Restores vehicles to their original state after paint job by reassembling parts. Performs minor body repair work, including removing dents and filling in spots. Ensures paint jobs are completed within agreed time frames and to a high-quality standard. Uses and maintains all paint mixing and spray equipment, including the cleaning and maintenance after use. Works with the team to ensure the work environment remains clean, safe, and organized. Collaborates with Service Advisor to communicate any issues or delays with the customer and suggest appropriate additional services. Maintains a record of all paint and related materials used to ensure inventory levels are maintained. Adheres to all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Painting / Light Body Work High School diploma Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ensures that customer's cars are kept clean Maintain work area in an orderly and clean manner Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
