Candidate must have at least 2-5 years of experience and must have own tools. I-Car certifications are preferred. Dependability and ability to adapt are also necessary for the right candidate. You will be responsible for servicing our customer's vehicles and ensuring quality workmanship in a timely manner. You must be willing to work as a team player that will enhance the skills of the organizations talent pool. Duties and Responsibilities include - but are not limited to: Complete each job with integrity Efficient communication with production manager Ability to work with production manager on changes and needs as requested to ensure production is streamlined Maintain a clean and organized workspace Adhere to the highest of ethical standards at all times Physical Qualifications To effectively perform the duties of an Auto Body Tech, you must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces, like concrete or metal. Expect to work in an environment in which you may frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, exhaust, & paint vapors. Other physical qualifications for this position include: Must be able to operate equipment such as automotive lifts, welding equipment, & etc Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands
