Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition. This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency in various repair techniques, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform auto body repairs including frame straightening, panel replacement, and paint refinishing. Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to achieve high-quality finishes. Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and provide accurate auto estimating. Execute welding and soldering tasks as required for structural repairs. Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Handle heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues. Proficiency in airless paint spraying, welding, and soldering techniques. Familiarity with auto estimating processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with vehicle repairs. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
