Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair, with a strong focus on restoring vehicles to their original condition. This position offers an opportunity to work with a professional team dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Candidates with auto collision and mechanical knowledge are highly preferred. Duties Repair and restore vehicle bodies using auto body repair techniques, including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques for fabricating and repairing vehicle parts Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for vehicle assembly, detailing, and finishing tasks Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations Achieve OEM standard repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role I-car certifications Proficiency in auto body repair Skilled in MIG welding, welding, soldering, fabrication, and sheet metal work Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance procedures Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and other automotive repair tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills Knowledge of auto estimating processes is advantageous Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license preferred; relevant certifications or ASE credentials are a plus
