Collision Body Technician / Auto Body Technician Join Our Collision Repair Team We are looking for an experienced Collision Body Technician to join our growing team at our McDonough, GA facility. We are seeking a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and wants to work in a professional, team-oriented collision repair environment. If you have experience performing structural and non-structural repairs and are looking for a shop where you can stay productive and earn a great living, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform high-quality collision and auto body repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards Complete structural and non-structural repairs Replace and repair body panels, including quarter panels, doors, fenders, hoods, bumpers, and related components Perform frame and unibody repairs as required Properly disassemble and reassemble vehicles Review repair plans and identify additional damage or necessary repairs Work closely with estimators, parts personnel, painters, and other technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently Follow OEM repair procedures and proper repair methods Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Complete repairs accurately while meeting production and cycle-time expectations Perform quality checks before vehicles move to the next stage of the repair process Qualifications Previous professional collision repair / auto body technician experience preferred Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and equipment Ability to perform both structural and cosmetic body repairs Experience with frame and measuring equipment is a plus Welding experience preferred OEM and/or I-CAR certifications are a plus Must have your own basic technician tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collision repair environment Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and production Consistent workload Full-time position Professional, well-equipped collision repair facility Opportunity to earn based on your skill and productivity Supportive management and production team Opportunities for continued training and professional growth Benefits available to qualified employees We're Looking for a Technician Who Wants to Produce Our ideal candidate is an experienced body technician who understands how to balance quality, efficiency, and productivity .
