RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations Assisting customers with their needs Builds and maintains good relations with the customers, to encourage their loyalty and obtain their recommendations. Welcomes arriving customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handles customer complaints according to dealership policies, and notifies his/her supervisor as soon as possible. Answer Body shop calls Handle Billing

REQUIREMENTS

Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills .
