We handle insurance and collision work, so speed, consistency and attention to detail are key. This is a key role in the repair process-perfect for someone who takes pride in detail work and wants to grow in the collision repair industry.

What You'll Do:

Sand, mask, and prep vehicles for paint Clean and prep panels for refinishing Assist painters and body techs as needed Buff, polish, and finish vehicles after paint Maintain a level of quality to industry standards. Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and shop standards Maintain professional appearance.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in auto body prep or detailing preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized and work efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual We work Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm. This includes a 30 minute paid lunch break.
