Chip N Scratch Auto Body | Nampa, ID Chip N Scratch Auto Body is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. We're looking for someone dependable, skilled, and ready to work in a busy body shop environment. This is a W-2 hourly position — no commission, flat rate, or 1099 work.

Nampa, Idaho What You'll Be Doing Perform collision and auto body repairs Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels and components Complete disassembly and reassembly Perform bodywork and prepare vehicles for the next stage of repair Follow repair plans and work with the estimator/shop team Maintain quality standards and inspect completed work Keep your work area clean and organized Help keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop What We're Looking For Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience Ability to complete repairs independently Knowledge of standard collision repair procedures and equipment Dependable and able to consistently show up on time Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work well with the rest of the shop Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits $25-$30/hour depending on experience W-2 hourly employment No commission or flat-rate pay No 1099 50% monthly health insurance reimbursement Consistent full-time hours Monday-Friday schedule Established local body shop with steady work We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a consistent hourly position without having to worry about commission or flag hours.
