Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician/Combo Man to join our talented team. This energetic role involves performing automotive structural repairs, auto body refinishing, welding, fabrication, and vehicle restoration. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive repair, possess strong mechanical knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where teamwork and precision are key. Duties Repair and restore vehicle bodies using auto body repair techniques, including dent removal, sheet metal work, and cosmetic refinishing Perform welding repairs utilizing MIG welding, automotive welding equipment, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques Use hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and airless paint spraying equipment to prepare surfaces and apply finishes Install automotive parts such as auto glass, trim components, and other accessories with precision Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks including auto painting, detailing, and assembly to ensure vehicles meet quality standards Apply automotive structural repair methods to restore damaged frames or panels using fabrication and welding skills Assist with auto restoration projects by utilizing mechanical knowledge and fabrication expertise Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background as an automotive body technician Strong proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques Knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto restoration, and sheet metal work Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive painting equipment Mechanical aptitude with experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive parts installation Familiarity with auto body refinishing processes including sanding and auto painting techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a busy workshop environment Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repair processes and timelines Join our team to bring your expertise in auto body repair to life!
