Job Description
Journeyman Auto Body Repair Technician The Auto Body Shop inc. is a family-owned auto body shop looking for an experienced journeyman body technician to join our team. This is a body-side position — no painting required. What you'll do: Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components Perform metal straightening, dent repair, and welding Remove and reinstall parts as needed for repairs Prep vehicles for the paint department Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards What we're looking for: Journeyman-level experience in auto body/collision repair Solid skills in welding, panel replacement, and frame/structural work Your own Collision repair tools Reliable, detail-oriented, and a good teammate What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Steady work in a family-owned shop Health insurance Retirement plan with matched contributions Vacation time and holiday pay
