Auto Body Collision Technician Compensation

Schedule Business Hours:

Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Technician to join our growing collision repair team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of structural and non-structural repairs and a commitment to safety and precision. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced body repairs, including structural and frame work
• Diagnose damage and develop accurate repair plans
• Repair and replace body panels using proper OEM procedures
• Weld, straighten and align vehicle structures as needed
• Ensure all repairs meet quality, safety and manufacturer standards
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with estimators and management Qualifications
• 5+ years of automotive body repair experience required
• Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and materials
• Experience with frame machines, measuring systems and welding
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• I-CAR certifications a plus Physical requirements: Essential physical requirements include:
• Ability to stoop, bend and kneel, squat, kneel and pulling
• Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping
• Carry and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
• Standing, sitting and walking
• Performing repetitive motions Work Environment Exposure to:
