Job Description

Automotive Body Shop Estimator About this job: We're looking to add a Body Shop Estimator to our team! This is an immediate opening, so please submit your application if you are interested in learning more today.
Compensation:
Salary $60,000 to $70,000 annually Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Paid Training Flexible Work Schedules Paid Vacation Employee discounts on products & services Growth opportunities Health/Wellness Responsibilities Manage customer expectations Ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately Participate in all required training programs, certifications, school courses and events Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and accurately Respond to safety concerns immediately Perform as a mentor to body shop employees Lead by example Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years experience in the automotive industry (specifically in service and repairs) Strong communication and writing skills Ability to manage others Clean driving record & valid driver's license
