$20-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Position Overview Terre Haute Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Body Shop is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. We are looking for a skilled, dependable professional who takes pride in their workmanship and is committed to performing safe, high-quality collision repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking to join a professional dealership body shop with opportunities for continued training and growth. I-CAR certification is preferred. Experienced technicians who are not currently I-CAR certified are encouraged to apply. Compensation $20-$30 per hour , based on experience, skill level, certifications, and qualifications. Responsibilities Perform collision repairs from start to finish Inspect and assess vehicle damage accurately Perform structural and non-structural repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Perform welding and metal repair Complete body filler, sanding, and preparation work Properly disassemble and reassemble vehicles Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Work closely with estimators, management, and other technicians Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Previous professional collision repair experience preferred Strong knowledge of modern collision repair procedures Experience with structural and non-structural repairs Welding and metal repair experience Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures I-CAR certification preferred Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality workmanship and safe repair practices Dependable work ethic and professional attitude Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Terre Haute CDJR Body Shop?
