Join the Morris Smith Team! Morris Smith Auto Group is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician & Auto Body Painters to join our growing collision repair team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition, and providing exceptional craftsmanship, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform collision and body repairs on damaged vehicles Repair dents, panels, frames, and structural components Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications Apply paint, clear coats, and finishes with attention to detail Buff, polish, and inspect completed repairs for quality assurance Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards Collaborate with estimators, technicians, and management to ensure timely vehicle delivery Qualifications Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician, Auto Body Painter, or both Knowledge of collision repair procedures and refinishing techniques Experience with paint preparation, color matching, and spray equipment Ability to perform high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record I-CAR, ASE, or manufacturer certifications preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and productivity Consistent workflow and earning potential Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training and career development Modern equipment and a supportive work environment If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected dealership that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, apply today and take your career to the next level with Morris Smith Ford .
