Requirements Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or repair shop environment. Familiarity with sanding tools, auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying, and automotive cosmetic repair methods. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and automotive parts installation equipment efficiently.
