Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM ( No weekends! ) About Us Davon Auto is a busy, family-owned shop seeking a dependable and hardworking professional who takes pride in quality work. What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician with a strong background and genuine interest in structural and frame work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work efficiently both independently and alongside our team of body techs and mechanics.
Key Responsibilities Frame & Structural Work:
Perform precise frame straightening, structural repairs, measuring, and accurate diagnosis of frame damage.
Teardown & Rebuild:
Handle full vehicle teardown, parts evaluation, and meticulous reassembly.
Welding & Custom Work:
Execute high-quality sectioning and welding to industry standards.
Mechanical & Suspension:
Replace suspension components and related mechanical parts tied to collision damage.
Quality & Safety Assurance:
Ensure all repairs meet strict safety protocols and manufacturer standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and estimators to ensure efficient workflow. Job Requirements Proven experience in auto body repair and structural frame work (experience with estimating is a plus). Mastery of frame measuring and pulling equipment. Strong skills in sectioning, welding, and suspension replacement. Dependability, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently while remaining a team player. Benefits & Perks Health Insurance 401(K) with company match (after 1 year)
