We are not looking for a apprentice role! We need individuals with experience! We are a mix of all type of work and not heavy DRP. We are Icar Gold and GM Certified. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition after accidents or damage, utilizing your expertise in automotive structural repair, auto body repair, and cosmetic refinishing. Your work will involve precise welding, fabrication, and assembly techniques to ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality and safety. We are BIG on quality, so much we ask every customer to leave a review! Plenty of work is available! Duties Perform collision repairs including structural straightening, frame alignment, and auto body panel replacement using advanced welding repair techniques such as MIG welding and soldering. Utilize sheet metal fabrication skills to shape, cut, and install new panels or repair existing ones with precision. Operate automotive welding equipment, power tools, sanding tools, and airless paint spraying systems to achieve flawless finishes. Conduct auto restoration tasks such as dent removal, auto painting, automotive cosmetic repairs, and refinishing to restore vehicles to factory standards. Install automotive parts including glass, trim, and other components while ensuring proper fitment and alignment. Apply automotive repair knowledge to perform vehicle maintenance checks and ensure all repairs adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes, estimating timeframes, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the repair journey. Requirements Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or collision repair specialist with dealership experience preferred. Strong proficiency in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and automotive welding equipment operation. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, sheet metal work, auto parts installation, and automotive structural repair methods. Familiarity with auto restoration processes including auto body refinishing, sanding tools usage, and auto painting techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, detailing equipment, and heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Knowledge of auto glass installation and automotive parts replacement procedures. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure. Valid experience with auto estimating software is a plus; a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs is essential.
