Herman Senn As an Auto Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the automotive service industry, assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates to customers. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of the auto service process. Duties
  • Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
  • Collaborate with service technicians and auto body repair specialists to determine repair procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair estimates and timelines
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle maintenance needs
  • Identify additional repair opportunities and provide upselling recommendations
  • Coordinate with dealership personnel for parts ordering and availability Qualifications
  • Prior experience in automotive service or auto body repair is preferred
  • Knowledge of CCC, Mitchell or Audatex Estimating System
  • Strong understanding of automotive service management principles
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented approach to accurately assess vehicle damage and estimate repairs
