- Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates
- Collaborate with service technicians and auto body repair specialists to determine repair procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair estimates and timelines
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle maintenance needs
- Identify additional repair opportunities and provide upselling recommendations
- Coordinate with dealership personnel for parts ordering and availability Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive service or auto body repair is preferred
- Knowledge of CCC, Mitchell or Audatex Estimating System
- Strong understanding of automotive service management principles
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented approach to accurately assess vehicle damage and estimate repairs

$65,000.00- $85,000.
