Overview We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for delivering high-quality service. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship. Duties Perform body repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to apply paint and finish repairs. Conduct thorough auto estimating to assess damage and determine repair costs. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure proper fit and function. Execute welding tasks to reinforce structural integrity of vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Experience Proven experience in automotive repair, specifically in bodywork and painting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques as required for moving parts and equipment. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, enhancing client interactions. Skills in auto estimating, airless paint spraying, fabrication, welding, and general mechanic duties are highly desirable.
