We maintain a year-round backlog of approximately 3-4 weeks of work, and our team is eager to welcome qualified colleagues to help meet the ongoing demand. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, produces high-quality repairs, and works efficiently while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. Responsibilities Perform high-quality collision and auto body repairs. Diagnose and assess vehicle damage. Complete structural, body, panel, and cosmetic repairs as required. Follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices. Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with the repair team to meet production schedules. Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout the repair process. Qualifications Previous professional experience as an Auto Body Technician. Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and procedures. Ability to perform quality repairs with minimal supervision. Familiarity with industry tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license preferred. I-CAR or manufacturer training is a plus.
