(Details discussed during the interview) We are a rapidly growing, high-volume, and state-of-the-art collision repair center looking for a top-tier Body Man / Collision Repair Technician to join our established team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, meets efficiency standards, and ensures every vehicle leaves our shop looking better than new. Key Responsibilities Perform structural and non-structural repairs on various vehicle makes and models. Expertly execute panel repair, replacement (R&R), and alignment. Utilize frame and unibody straightening equipment. Perform high-quality welding (MIG/TIG) and soldering. Complete necessary finishing work, preparing vehicles perfectly for the paint department. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Ongoing paid training and certification opportunities (I-CAR, ASE). Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States, no sponsers. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a professional Body Man / Collision Repair Technician. Proven expertise in all phases of collision repair, including major structural work. Valid I-CAR certification is a major plus. Must own necessary tools of the trade. Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documents accurately.
