We are looking for experienced Auto Body Technicians to join our team in Brookline, MA . What We Offer Competitive Massachusetts compensation with Flat Rate or Hourly pay plans Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and holidays Modern, fully equipped repair facility State-of-the-art equipment and OEM repair procedures Consistent workflow and year-round work Opportunities for training, certification, and career advancement Supportive leadership and a team-oriented culture Responsibilities Perform quality collision repairs, including structural repairs, panel replacement, welding, and metal finishing Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition by following OEM repair procedures Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and safety requirements Maintain production efficiency while delivering exceptional workmanship Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Collaborate with estimators, production managers, and fellow technicians to ensure timely repairs Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of collision repair experience Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, welding, measuring systems, and structural repairs Ability to read and follow repair plans and OEM procedures Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team I-CAR certification is preferred but not required Experience repairing electric vehicles (Tesla, Rivian, Lucid, etc.) is a plus Why Driving Force Collision?
