JOB PURPOSE
Repair damaged vehicles by following written repair plan; repairing, replacing, welding, removing and reinstalling parts.- Work in hassle free NON-DRP environment, that is Certified by most manufacturers and avoid the aggravation of using Aftermarket and LKQ parts
WE ONLY USE OEM PARTS!
- We are dust free environment using state-of-the-art dust extraction systems in the body repair area.
- We work a 4 DAY
WORK WEEK
- that means
EVERY FRIDAY OFF!

DUTIES:
- Repair vehicles by removing, attaching, and aligning parts; repairing dents; hammering, shaping, shrinking, expanding, grinding, sanding, smoothing, and featheredging surfaces; applying repair techniques and tools using dent puller, hand, pneumatic, and power tools, grinders, sanders, welder, straightener, etc.
- Sanding and priming body parts
- Maintain quality service by following repair standards, shop protocols and OEM repair procedures.
- Maintain tools and equipment by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; and performing preventive maintenance.
- Maintain safe work environment by adhering to work standards and practices.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training; reading manufacturers' specifications and repair procedures.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Current body shop experience
- Team player
- Own tools
- Functional and Technical Skills
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Welding skills
- Computerized Frame and measuring experience a plus but, will train if necessary
