You will handle collision repairs from teardown through reassembly, working structural and cosmetic damage in a small, well-equipped shop with steady work year-round. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position paying $25-$45 per hour depending on experience and skill level, with opportunities for significant overtime and production-related bonuses. Responsibilities Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs from teardown through reassembly Frame and unibody straightening on our frame machines Panel replacement, welding, and metal finishing Repair or replace damaged components to pre-accident condition per the written estimate Identify and document supplement damage during teardown Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all shop safety procedures Skills & Qualifications Proven collision repair experience — able to take a vehicle from teardown to paint-ready independently Competent welding and structural repair skills Ability to read and work from written repair estimates Own hand tools Valid driver's license What Helps (Preferred, Not Required) I-CAR training or welding certifications Paint or prep skills — technicians who can cross over between body and paint are worth more here, and the pay reflects it Experience with aluminum repair, repairing EVs, or ADAS-equipped vehicles Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $25-$45/hr based on experience Weekly production bonus program Weekly pay — every Friday, direct deposit available Paid time off & holidays Significant overtime opportunities Medical, dental, vision & life insurance 401K program with matching contributions About Us Carl's Collision Center is a family-owned collision repair company with three generations in the trade going back to 1961, and one of the largest independently owned collision repair operations in New England.
