In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles, ensuring a flawless and professional appearance. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and finishing coats using conventional spray guns and airless paint spraying equipment Conduct surface preparation including dent repair, rust removal, and auto restoration techniques to achieve smooth, even surfaces Use hand tools, grinders, power tools, and buffing equipment to refine surfaces before painting and during finishing processes Perform auto body repairs such as welding, panel replacement, and structural alignment as needed for vehicle restoration Maintain proper respiratory protection protocols while handling paints, coatings, and solvents to ensure safety compliance Conduct detailing and auto glass work to complete the vehicle's aesthetic presentation after painting is finished Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body painting and refinishing Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair, sanding, buffing, and surface preparation Proficiency with automotive spray guns, surface masking techniques, and coating application methods including airless paint spraying Ability to operate power tools such as grinders, sanders, and buffing machines efficiently Experience with welding and auto restoration processes is highly desirable Knowledge of automotive surface preparation standards and the use of various paints and coatings products Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients Physical ability for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing detailed auto body work effectively Mechanic experience or familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes is a plus Join us if you're ready to bring your auto body painting skills to a vibrant team dedicated to quality craftsmanship!
