Duties Perform automotive structural repairs, including frame straightening and sheet metal work, using specialized tools and welding equipment Conduct auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and auto painting to restore vehicles' appearance and integrity Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques to fix or modify vehicle components accurately Use sanding tools, power tools, and automotive cosmetic repair methods to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish Install automotive parts including glass, trim, and other components with attention to detail and safety standards Assess vehicle damage through auto estimating processes and communicate repair plans effectively to customers Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and the use of power tools Skills Proven experience working as an automotive body technician in a dealership or collision center environment Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, and sheet metal fabrication techniques Skilled in MIG welding, welding repair and automotive welding equipment operation Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems for effective auto maintenance and parts installation Proficient with hand tools, sanding tools, power tools, and automotive painting equipment for detailed cosmetic repairs Ability to perform auto glass replacement, auto painting, detailing, and automotive parts installation with precision Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly and provide professional guidance on vehicle care Join us in delivering exceptional vehicle repairs that combine craftsmanship with innovation!
