GED Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Body Shop Assistant at Baker Collision (Grandville) will assist the collision team in completing various tasks related to repairing damaged vehicles. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the industry. As a part of Baker Collision you will play an important role in supporting the team to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time hourly position paid biweekly. Employees are also eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for automotive training and education.

Responsibilities:

Pre and post repair clean up/detailing of customer vehicles Clean and maintain work area and tools Receive and track parts as they enter the shop and dispatch accordingly Remove trash recycling materials from shop daily Help with general maintenance and upkeep of the body shop

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a body shop or automotive repair setting is preferred Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
