This key role guides the entire vehicle repair process by building repair plans to include the most detailed itemized report of total costs, materials, and procedures necessary to take the car back to its pre-accident condition.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring initial RO development for safe and excellent repair. Confidently shaping the customer experience to meet Vision/Values of Mannes Body Shop. Ensuring each vehicle is fully and correctly disassembled with all parts accounted for and properly documented. Ensuring accuracy and encompassment of final written estimate to include all supplements. We are currently looking for candidates who are: Knowledgeable in vehicle repair process normally gained as a result of 3 or more years as an Autobody Repair Technician or as an Insurance Adjuster. Candidates who have experience in a customer contact role, are I-Car/ASE certified, have experience with various insurance companies and/or are fluent in CCC, Mitchel or Audatex will be given preference Additionally, you must: Have a valid driver's license Be able to pass a drug test Willing to submit to a background check At Mannes, we say that our Mission is to get your "Life in Drive".
