If you have experience writing repair estimates, working with collision repair software, and delivering excellent customer service, we offer a stable career, strong benefits, paid training, and a great work-life balance with no evenings or weekends . Qualifications Minimum 1 year of body shop estimating and/or collision repair production experience Experience with CCC, Mitchell, and/or ALLDATA estimating software Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians Manage repair schedules and monitor job progress Review supplements and ensure repair plans are complete and accurate Maintain detailed documentation and estimate records Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process Compensation & Benefits Annual salary of $50,000 - $75,000 Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No evenings or weekends Paid on-the-job training Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan Company-provided uniforms
