We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced collision repair environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles and panels for paint Sand, mask, prime, and finish repaired surfaces Mix and match paint colors accurately Apply basecoat and clearcoat finishes Perform buffing and polishing as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and shop standards Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality results Qualifications Previous auto body painting experience preferred Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and strong work ethic I-CAR certifications are a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive weekly pay Consistent workflow Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company Clean and professional shop
