Job Description
Overview Golling CDJR of Roseville, part of the family-owned Golling Automotive Group (60 years in business), is looking for an experienced Automotive Painter to join our team. We offer a supportive, family-like environment in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. What We Offer Competitive pay Health, vision, and dental insurance 401k with employer match Ongoing training Free college degree program Vacation time Great work environment What You'll Do Prep, mask, and prime vehicles for paint Mix, match, and blend colors for a precise factory finish Apply primer, base coat, and clear coat Color sand, buff, and polish for a flawless result Inspect finished work for quality Troubleshoot paint defects Maintain booth equipment and keep the work area clean and safe Mentor helpers as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive painter in a body shop or dealership Strong skills in color matching, blending, and spray gun technique Comfortable in a busy, high-volume shop with multiple insurance DRPs Sharp attention to detail Valid driver's license Able to stand for long periods and work safely with chemicals/solvents I-CAR or paint manufacturer certification a plus
