We're looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants consistent work in a professional shop. If you have experience with collision repair, structural repairs, panel replacement, and vehicle reassembly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Perform complete collision and auto body repairs. Repair and replace damaged body panels. Complete structural repairs and frame repairs. Perform MIG welding and fabrication as needed. Remove dents and repair sheet metal. Prepare vehicles for paint and refinishing. Install replacement parts, trim, and auto glass. Reassemble vehicles to factory specifications. Inspect repairs to ensure high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with estimators and other team members to complete repairs efficiently. What We're Looking For Experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician. Strong knowledge of structural repairs and body repair procedures. Experience with welding, panel replacement, and metal finishing. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and body repair equipment. Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications I-CAR certifications are a plus. ASE certification is a plus.
